Performing in APAC's Playmaker Program for Teenage Playwrights!

Theatre is an amazing artform. Creating theatre is an act of bravery; for playwrights & actors both, it's showing up, letting yourself be seen and telling your story . Tonight, I am bringing to life 8 short plays written by 12- 14 year olds as part of APAC's Astoria Playmaking Program. I love being an actor, but I love it even more when I know my acting can make a difference in someone's life. 8 young playwrights have put their artistic selves out there and I get to help tell their story. 15 Professional Actors, 8 New Plays and lots of laughter! It's a good day for ART!
